Tiny Brite Lights wants to make shopping online a convenient and safe experience.  Here's our Credit Card Guarantee:

We have contracted with Propay and Propay cart to safeguard all payment information that you transmit to us while using our site.  This includes your user name, password and credit card number and expiration date.  Your personal information is converted into code that is securely transmitted over the Internet.

If someone fraudulently uses your credit card information as a result of your making an online purchase from Tiny Brite Lights, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its rules and procedures.  If you do so, and your credit card provider holds you liable for unauthorized charges, we'll reimburse you for the liability up to $50.00, the limit of your liability under federal law.

 

Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected only on orders sent within the state of Illinois. Illinois law requires that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order. By law, charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product and must be included when sales are calculated.

 

Accuracy of Shipping Address
Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing).

 

Return Policy
We don't want you to have any Tiny Brite Lights product that isn't completely satisfactory.  If you wish to return an item, send it to us at 112 Woodcrest Circle, Streamwood, IL 60107. 

 

Enclose a note telling us:

• How you want us to handle the return.  We can exchange the item, issue a refund, or credit the card originally charged.

• Why you're returning the item (for example, lights don't work, damage in transit, and so on).

• The name and address to which we should send your refund or exchange.

• An email address or phone number so we can contact you if we have questions.

 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping & Handling Fees are not refundable.

 

Your Privacy
Our mailing list is proprietary. We will not sell your name, address, phone number and/or credit card information or email address to any third party for any purposes.

 

Jurisdiction
The courts in Cook County, Illinois, will have exclusive jurisdiction in all disputes relating to the use of this website, and the ordering of goods and services.
